Fresha charges 20–25% commission on every new client from their marketplace. Florri charges a flat monthly fee (from £9/mo) with zero commission — ever. Your booking page shows only your brand, not competitors.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Florri is month-to-month with no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel with one click, and your account stays active until the end of your billing period.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, process payments securely through Stripe, and comply fully with UK GDPR. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do my clients need a Florri account to book?

No. Clients simply visit your unique booking link, pick a service and time, and submit their request. No app download, no account creation, no friction.

What payment methods do you accept?

Florri subscription payments are processed via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For client payments and deposits, you can use Stripe or manage them outside Florri — it's up to you.
