Export your client list from Fresha

First, download all your client data so you don't lose a single contact.

  1. Log in to Fresha for Business (partners.fresha.com)
  2. Go to Clients in the left sidebar
  3. Click the โ‹ฎ (three dots) menu in the top right
  4. Select "Export clients"
  5. Choose CSV format
  6. Save the file to your computer

The export includes names, emails, phone numbers, and notes. Everything you need.

Do this BEFORE you cancel your Fresha account. Once cancelled, you may lose access to export.

Create your Florri account

Sign up takes 2 minutes. No credit card required for the free tier.

  1. Go to florri.move37.fun
  2. Tap "Sign Up"
  3. Enter your name, email, and choose a password
  4. Pick your service type (hairdresser, nail tech, lash tech, etc.)
  5. Choose your unique handle (e.g. florri.move37.fun/book/sarah-collins)
  6. Set up your services and prices

Import your client list

Upload the CSV you exported from Fresha to bring all your clients across.

  1. Log in to your new Florri dashboard
  2. Go to Clients section
  3. Click "Import CSV"
  4. Select the file you exported from Fresha
  5. Map the columns: Name, Email, Phone, Notes
  6. Review and confirm the import

Set up your new booking link

Your Florri booking page shows only YOUR services. No competitors, no marketplace.

  1. Add all your services with prices and durations
  2. Set your cancellation policy (notice hours, late cancel %, no-show charge)
  3. Configure deposit requirements (especially for first-time clients)
  4. Copy your booking link from the dashboard
  5. Update your Instagram bio with your new Florri link
  6. Update Google Business Profile if you have one

Will I lose my client data?

No. Export from Fresha first (Step 1), then import into Florri (Step 3). All names, emails, phones, and notes transfer.

What about upcoming appointments?

Manually add any future bookings from Fresha into Florri before you cancel. Takes 5 minutes for most stylists.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Clients book via your personal link โ€” name, email/phone, pick a service, done. No app download, no account creation.

How much will I save?
