Florri is a booking and client management platform for independent UK beauty professionals ("the Service"). Florri is operated by Move37 (trading name). Contact: [email protected].
You must be 18+ and a UK-based beauty professional or salon owner to use Florri as a practitioner. Clients booking through practitioner pages do not need a Florri account.
Florri operates on a monthly subscription model. Plans are billed monthly and you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Current pricing: Solo £9/mo, Studio £19/mo, Salon £39/mo. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services. If you begin using the Service within this period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the Service.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move37's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Florri shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Florri a licence to display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Florri's branding, code, and design remain the property of Move37.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your data will be retained for 2 years in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Florri after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
